1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by MedLeague ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website at themedleague.com, MCAT Prep, DryLab, STANDOUT, MEDDIP, and any related programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

MedLeague is operated at 2222 W Grand River Ave, Ste A, Okemos, MI 48864.

2. Services

MedLeague provides online educational programs for pre-medical students, including MCAT test preparation, research experience (DryLab), application strategy coaching (STANDOUT), medical school readiness resources (MEDDIP), and related content. Access to these services requires an active subscription.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Our services are offered on a subscription basis. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the prices and intervals disclosed at checkout. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your plan).

Some subscriptions include a trial period. Trial details (duration and any upfront fees) are displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the rate shown during checkout.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time using one of these methods:

When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

If you are on a free trial, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. You will receive email reminders before your trial expires.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled as follows:

  • MCAT Prep: MCAT Prep subscriptions include a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 90 days of your purchase, contact us at contact@themedleague.com to request a refund.
  • Programs (DryLab, STANDOUT, MEDDIP, Bundle): Program subscriptions do not include a money-back guarantee. You may cancel at any time, but payments already made are not refundable.
  • Trials: MCAT Prep courses (Async and Live) include a free trial period. QBank and Program subscriptions include a $1 trial fee at signup, which is non-refundable. If you cancel during any trial period, no further charges will be made.

Refunds will not be issued for charges incurred after a customer fails to cancel through one of the methods described in Section 5 above. We provide self-service cancellation at themedleague.com/account/cancel, cancellation instructions in every onboarding email, and a "Manage Subscription" link in the footer of every page on our website.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us at contact@themedleague.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. We maintain records of account activity, terms acceptance, email delivery, and cancellation page access. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through MedLeague services are the intellectual property of MedLeague or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

9. Code of Conduct

When using MedLeague services, community features, or interacting with staff and other students, you agree to:

  • Treat all participants with respect.
  • Not share account credentials or access with others.
  • Not distribute, screenshot, or record copyrighted materials from the platform.
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

Violation of this code of conduct may result in suspension or termination of your account without a refund.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

MedLeague services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as MCAT score improvements, medical school admissions, or research placements. While we strive to provide high-quality educational resources and support, individual results depend on many factors beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedLeague and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will notify active subscribers by email.
